ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಒಂದು ಮುಗಿಯದ ಚರ್ಚೆ ಅನಿಸುತ್ತದೆಯಾದರೂ ಅದನ್ನು ಕುರಿತು ನಮಗಿರುವ ಧೋರಣೆಗಳು ಬದಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಮೀಸಲಾತಿಯ ಮೂಲಕ ಅಧಿಕಾರ ಸವಲತ್ತುಗಳನ್ನು ಪಡೆದವರು ಬೇರೆಯವರು (ತನ್ನಜಾತಿಯ ತನ್ನಗುಂಪಿನ) ಆರ್ಹರಿಗೆ ದೊರಕುವುದನ್ನು ತನಗೆ ಪಡೆಯುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಿರುವುದು ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯ ಅಣಕ.
Rte ಮೂಲಕ ಖಾಸಗಿ ಶಾಲೆಗೆ ದಾಖಲಾಗಿರುವವರು ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರೀ ನೌಕರರ ಮಕ್ಕಳಲ್ಲವೆ? ಕೃಷಿಕರ ಸಾಲ ಮನ್ನಾ ಆದಾಗ ಅದರ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯ ಪಡೆದವರು ದೊಡ್ಡ ರೈತರಲ್ಲವೆ. ನಾವು ಮೀಸಲಾತಿಯನ್ನ ವಿರೋಧಿಸುವ ಅತುರದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಜಕ್ಕೂ ಅರ್ಹರಿಂದ ಅದೂ ಯಾವುದೇ ಹಂತವೇ ಆಗಿರಲಿ ಆತನಿಗೆ ದೊರಕಬೇಕಾದ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ,ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ, ಹಕ್ಕನ್ನು ಕಸಿದುಕೊಂಡಿಲ್ಲವೇ? ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ಯೋಚಿಸೋಣ ಆಗ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿಯ ಅಗತ್ಯತೆ ಅರಿವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಮತ್ತು ಆತ್ಮಸಾಕ್ಷಿ ಇದ್ದರೆ ಅದರ ದುರ್ಬಳಕೆಯ ಅರಿವೂ ಆಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಧನ್ಯವಾದ.
