Hi I just received a new net5501-70 with the "official" case and power supply, and I experience what looks like time-related startup problems.
Indeed, each time I plug the power in _after the unit has been powered off for more than 10 seconds_ , the power and error leds stay on forever and the system seems completely freezed (+ the third ide led if a CF is plugged in). Nothing appears on the serial port, I don't even see the POST messages, memory count, pci list, ... If I then unplug and plug again the psu "quickly" (in less than ~10 seconds), it usually starts correctly. Any Idea what could cause this problem ? The board is completely 'empty' (no CF/IDE/SATA/USB/MINIPCI/Network cable is plugged), it is just as received. I had the same problem with another 5501-70 that has just been exchanged by this one for this reason. Additionally, the first one had the RTC issue but this one doesn't. Would this board be faulty (too) ? Thank you for your help.
