I got another batch today (e.g. serial # 160990) with more boot
problems. On a cold boot, it fails and I cant find a way to work
around that. If I am on the serial console, I can type reboot and it
will then boot up
But on cold boot, it fails. Even stranger, is on this one I cant
seem to disable PXE. The first screen capture boot is with no
ethernet cable in vr0, the second with.

On cold boot, I noticed that there is about a 15 second delay between

.... that is not there on a warm boot.
I tried setting the boot delay to 45 seconds to see if that would
help it "do something" but no luck. It actually wont go higher than
15 it seems anyways.
