Hi!

Please look at this support document: http://www.soekris.com/issue0005.htm

If you can reproduce the issue described on this document you can
either return the board to Soekris Engineering (USA) or to
Cortex Systems (Denmark) to have the board fixed, or try to solder
the capacitor yourself if you have the required soldering skills
and tools. Only a few boards from the first batchs have this problem.

I sent my board to Cortex Systems (I am European citizen) and I am glad
to say that they did a superb work; the staff at Cortex Systems did
the best soldering work I know and returned the board very fast.
No problems at all right now with this unit.

I suppose that you may be interested in sending it to Soekris,
as you currently have another board to be fixed and Mr. Kristensen
is interested in looking at the problem you have with the CF card.

Cheers,
Igor.
