Have you compared/contrasted performance with the soekris box removed? Unless 
you're gaming, a 72ms ping is fine ( in fact, a luxury...

from here in New Zealand ). Is the internet connection wireless? If so, what is 
the signal quality and how powerful is your aerial?? 

I'd say there were a few things to check before blaming the soekris box for 
internet performance.

Or have I misunderstood?
