for my problem i don't think thats the problem, i have mount some ramsink (see first post) and the box is opened with a small fan on the cpu, so this is not over heat (or there is a very very big big problem :) ) I need to test the PSU, but my dlink switch deliver only 7w and the only PSU that deliver enough power i have don't have the good connector :/
