Chris, I've considered it, but finding a price for the boards seems to be a challenge in itself. Where have they hidden that info? The concept seems very good, and I can see how it would be fast and flexible. Is it really ready for prime time? I'm still in the info gathering stages, so I can entertain suggestions. The softrock xcvr at $30 is certainly something that I could get without thinking twice, and if it turned out not to be quite what I wanted it wouldn't break the bank. Still, an 80-20 band rig would be a nice thing to have in one package, so I'd like to keep the options coming. That was one reason I initially asked about the YU1LM rig, it seems to have the multiband coverage, and could be combined with something like the DDS-60 for the LO making a pretty versatile rig. If I'm mistaken here, somebody let me know! :') Bruce - WB8OGK
