Neither, as a matter of course, show prices but I believe that when you 
register (for free) on one of the sites (I can't remember which one but 
probably TAPR) the prices are then available. Ball park: Atlas PCB plus 
parts kit $38, Janus assembled & tested $179, Ozy A&T $149 plus post & 
packing. Janus & Ozy are available as kits but you need a re-flow oven 
to assemble the kits!

If you're looking around why not get on the HPSDR mailing list and see 
what the users are saying about their experiences?

Feed back from users is very favourable and I think the answer to your 
'prime time' question appears to be 'yes'.

I've only just taken delivery of my order and have yet to assemble the 
backplane so can't speak from first-hand knowledge.
