Dave, Thanks for the reply. I used Press and Peel on a laser printer and got very nice patterns, even on the fine pitched lines. I tried a couple methods of getting registration -- taping the top and bottem images together, then drilling index holes through a sandwich of the images and the copper worked the best, but I still missed registration by enough on the small IC pads to make drilling impossible. It was close but "no joy" ;-) Perhaps with more runs I might get a good one but, I just ran out of patience. If your friend would would share his images, that would be much appreciated.
