Hi Tim,

I've got the same issue... kinda weird I know. When that happened I actually
went to access those panels through the top menu (view/rendering_texturing)
still cumbersome... but I hate having to restart xsi just for that...

No solution I'm
afraid, but I've also come across this with Alt+7 and the Edge Tool (\)......

Subject: 2012 SAP sometimes
decides to ignore the ALT key

I'll be working along in 2012 SAP, and want to open
something like the ICE Tree or the Texture Editor. Since I'm on Windows I press
Alt-7 for the Texture Editor and Alt-9 for the ICE Tree. But randomly, XSI will
decide it no longer wants to recognize that and will do nothing when those keys
are pressed, until I restart XSI. Alt-7 and Alt-9 do nothing until I restart.

I have yet to find a cause for it. But at least it's fixed by relaunching Soft.

Ideas?
