Just to confirm... the Alt-7 stops working when Photoshop runs in the
background but not every time. Closing Photoshop gets it working again.
And its not a 2013 related problem I had it happen already couple of
versions before.
Im using default SI keyboard mapping.

I'll be working along in 2012 SAP, and want to open something like
the ICE Tree or the Texture Editor. Since I'm on Windows I press
Alt-7 for the Texture Editor and Alt-9 for the ICE Tree. But
randomly, XSI will decide it no longer wants to recognize that and

Alt-7 and Alt-9 do nothing until I restart.
I have yet to find a cause for it. But at least it's fixed by
relaunching Soft.
