As I said before, students are only part of the answer, but part none the less...
It IS working and the beauty of it is that AD has to do very little, we (the pros in it) are already doing it, the recruiting, the training, etc., and it works. Some go back to Maya, but none in my experience want to. All I would like is "educational licensing awareness", and AD/Softimage visibility at schools. Help put the industry together with the schools, no educational program or any of that, just help me find talented students and I'll do the rest.
