Ok after a long time fiddling with setups i found out that Retargeter doesnt work with Softimage 2014 SP2, Softimage 2013 SP1 and Softimage 2012 SAP (funny coincidence I only had those installed on my computer), because since u mentioned in the details you have 2013 (not service pack) working, i decided to give it a try in 2013 not 2013 sp1 and it worked! Then i tried 2012 Sp1 and it worked, so i guess that's it really. I reported it to Faceware and I-m sure they will do something about it pretty soon.
