Right, it's not importspeech, it's SIExtractPhoneme. I can never remember the name of the command. it's in the doc http://download.autodesk.com/global/docs/softimage2013/en_us/sdkguide/index.html?url=si_cmds/SIExtractPhonemes.html,topicNumber=si_cmds_SIExtractPhonemes_html
