yes it is frozen, i did not realize that soft keped records of weight strokes they don't show up in the stack. it's still slow even frozen, so i deleated all the clusters, vertually anything else in there exept the uv's, i assume i can use GATOR later down the line to transfer the weights, or export the weights and regenerate the rig if required.
