ok thats two issues, lets stick with one at a time. what you are saying is that turbulize on top of syflex will not work? this is to be expected. Are you seeing the additional turbulize deformation in the viewport? here I try and see nothing, so if you want additional deformations on top of a cloth sim best to cache sim first and then deform on top of that?
