I don't know if that's up to date or not. Just download Rocky, get it installed and go to the Help menu and click "Web site". It will take you to here: http://www.dxatlas.com/Rocky Here's the link to take you to the schematic for the paddles: http://www.dxatlas.com/Rocky/Paddle.gif
These should be up to date, and if you get the latest software it even has support for a hand key. Hope that helps!
