Beat ya to it, except my case was from an old SCSI Sony CD-ROM (old enough to need a CD caddy!)
http://www.dunephotos.com/gallery/2779092_TEHbp It worked...but the power supply didn't impress me very much. It worked but there was quite a bit of noise IIRC. I put a 6.0RX and a 6.1RX/TX in there but ran into some problems getting my toggle to switch the crystals...but then the 6.2 came out and I got sidetracked building that ... and then I got married and bought a house so the 6.2 is still waiting for me to finish winding the torroids. Even if the power supply isn't useful it's still a nice case and with the stack of old 5.25" faceplates I've collected over the years it's easy to non-permanantly modify so it may never be "finished" but just keep evolving. --- Jason Hitesman N8INJ
