Jose, you must be lucky! I have been using my Softrocks with the antenna and audio connected by leads direct from the board. When I decided to put one in a neat box I forgot about ground loops and mounted the antenna socket on the metal box. This really spoilt the Softrock with noise and spikes up to 3KHz from the centre. Good performance was restored once I isolated the sockets. Ground loops MAY not affect laptops with an isolated supply but I recommend using isolation at all times.
