I have both the Quicksilver and the Windjammer fairings. The Quicksilver receives a mount quite different than those for the Windjammer. They are NOT interchangeable. The mount platform angle is very different.
I have no reliable sources for either of these mounts. Were it me, I'd probably just fabricate a new mount if I couldn't find one on eBay. If needed, I can take some pictures of the mount I have for the Quicksilver, as I believe it is a factory mount. But, note that it is mounted on a CB550 not a CB400. I'm guessing the frames are different enough that the mount for a 550 won't fit on the 400.
