Kevin,
For some reason until last week I had never heard of the windstar. My
neighbor/buddy down the street sent me that link and that is the first I had
heard of the windstar. I don't see it on that vetter page you sent. About
what year range was this fairing produced? Yes he told me that it uses the
same mounts as the jammer and it was sorta inbetween the size of the jammer
and the quicksilver. Well as luck would have it, they had jammer brackets
for the 400f on ebay like 1 week before for 3 bucks. But I didn't want such
a large fairing on the 400f so I didn't bid. All in all I think the
quicksilver is really right up my alley as it is about the right size for
the 400f but is still a real fairing (frame mounted with storage).

Regards,
Fletch

Hi Fletch,
I'm not sure about the Quicksilver, but I have a Windstar (looks somewhat
like a Quicksilver) and that uses the same mounts as a Windjammer. Maybe its
possible that the Quicksilver also uses a standard mount. Just taking a
guess here. It looks like less than 10,000 Quicksilvers were made. Check out
this link. http://tinyurl.com/245d8 A picture of a Windstar can be seen
here. http://tinyurl.com/25wj6
Maybe this helps, maybe it doesn't.
