The rear axle sleeve is in there.

OK, I checked the picture.  The part at the top of the picture is what Clymer 
refers to as a "rear axle distance collar", (at least in my old book printed 
in 1976.)  The "rear axle sleeve" is a different part, and isn't in your 
picture.  

I just wanted to be sure we are talking about the same part.  The picture 
isn't clear enough to read the print on the exploded drawing.
