I just committed SOLR-545-path-access.patch -- that should fix the behavior
when things fall through to /admin/ or /select (via the SolrServlet)
We still need to clean up the DispatchFilter path -- henri, i like the idea of
a single code path for SolrDipatchFilter & EmbeddedSolrServer
