Attachment: solr-545.patch
New version of the patch integrates solr-647 (ref counting for SolrCore) &
modifies SolrDispatchFilter/EmbeddedSolrServer to protect running queries.
Also fixes the 'strict' filter parameter that was not properly consumed if set
though the web.xml.
