Have you looked at http://www.snapgear.com/
I think SW is the only ones that repare the units now.
If you have time have you checked E-bay or other Aution sites for used 
Units?  Again buyer beware.

I'm not sure.
Check the FAQ's out or Call SW and ask the sales people.   Act like your 
going to buy a unit.
