Yup.. After I purchased the $300 support contract and waited on hold for 1 hour, the tech said the same thing..
Nice.. They new they had a problem, yet never warned us to replace it in a planned manor. Instead take down a network for a few days. And, I had to pay $300 for it to boot! Thanks.. if this message had come sooner, I would have saved my company $300.
