They walked in and saw Captain Boulay sitting in the front row, and
press all around. A large caitian walked in as well. This Commander walked
straight up to the SF Public Ralations officer in the front of the room and
started up a conversation.

It was brief, and when it was over the Caitian stood in the front corner of
the room as if he was waiting for someone. The Public Relations officer
