The turbolift slowed to a
stop and the doors parted as Dais completed his questions. Audra stepped
out as she started her response. "Yes, sir. Not only are the
Bajorans represented, but a number of the Federation's members such as the
Vulcans and Tellarites have representatives on board. As I mentioned
earlier, they are members of the Council as well as working on general
diplomatic duties."

Federation member at this time?)
