T'Kresh nodded.� "I would think that the same would happen at most our
Embassey's under the circumstances."� The Aqualish paused for a moment.
"Has the Federation assigned anyone to a diplomatic visit to General A'amon
yet?"

"A delegation is being sent, but the exact composition if it's make up are
unknown.� I do know that Admiral Lasiter is sending Admiral t'Llhweiir."

T'Kresh nodded.� It was an interesting choice, but one that she thought would be appropriate.

"Has your government considered our request for council membership in such a mission?" asked Valtris.

"At present they are deffering to Starfleet on the matter. However, I have passed your request along, and when a purely diplomatic mission is carried out by the Federation, this Council will be included."

Golan was surprised that the military was going to play such a role in the initial contacts with the new Venasian government.  It was not usually the way of the Federation.  "Well, that is all that we ask.  We appreciate your willingness to present our request, Madame Ambassador."
