Bedru exited her quarters and acknowledged the security officers that stood 
outside the door.  Her goal was simple, but she felt it necessary.  It was 
possible that some of the crew would have family or colleagues who were injured 
or killed.  It was also quite possible that some would be affected by the 
attack on Star Fleet and see it as an attack on themselves.  She had to be seen 
and make them know that they could and should be confident that Star Fleet 
continued to function as a strong presence.

She walked to the primary recreation center of the ship.  Outside the door, 
however, she asked the security guards to give her distance.  She could not 
very well suggest confidence with an armed guard in tow.
