>> The shudder returned almost immediately, "What can I say? They beat the

>> Joanna had to resist the urge to shake her shoulders. "David, that may
>have >been all that they did, but it had more of an effect on you. They

>That was it-he cracked....he started crying uncontrollably and was building
>into a rage, "They beat me...they threatened to burn me alive. Here I am a
>lawyer and I'm thrown, with no combat training, into a live firefight...how
>the hell can they expect me to deal well with it?? HOW THE....." then he
>dropped into his seat crying, "I don't want to go back there...I have to
>make him pay." He started to rage again, "HE TRIED TO HAVE ME KILLED. HE
>WOULDN'T LET ME CONTACT HOME!" He was frantic, shaking and crying...she had
>cracked him.

Joanna got up and moved over to the couch and sat down next to David. "You are home
now, David. It is OK. Look into my eyes," she replied trying to get him to focus on
her navy blue orbs. She had open the flood gates, and it was time to direct the flow
so it didn't destroy David.

"Who is the person you said tried to kill you?"

(David?)

"What do you want to say to him?"

(David?)
