Thomas tilted his head slightly and led them down another corridor. He
stopped at a door. "There is fresh water and facilities available in here,"
he invited, opening the door. Quite politely, he stood outside to wait.

Inside was a small, somewhat austere but passable living quarter. In what
was looking more and more like a military bunker, this is probably what
passed as comfortable. There was a bunk and a chair, and a bathroom
separated by a door. One complete wall, however, was covered with crawling
vines with large, photosynthetic leaves. A sunlamp shined on the vines.
Apparently, they were a source of fresh air and possibly nutrients for
Venasians.

"Go ahead, sir," Lucas waved at the bathroom as he sat onto the chair. He
still looked a little wobbly from the ride down.
