Daphne would of laughed, but she could tell that her dinner partner was not joking.  "I never know that.  Is there a particular reason?"

"Therrre'ss a famousss battle in Klingon hissstorrry that took place among
a field of flowerrrss.  Flowerrrss rrremind them of that battle, which the
Klingonsss won againssst trrremendousss oddsss."  She sighed.  "Well, at
leassst the sssmell isss pleasssant, and they can't complain about it."

Daphne laughed at this point.  "Well, I figured there must hav ebeen a battle involved, though, I am wondering if that is just an excuse so they won't appear too soft."
