Tr'Lawsh also had tried hers and declared it delicious.  "Thank you forrr
showing me thisss place," she said.  "I so needed rrreal food."  She ate
another piece of the steak.  "Ssso," she said, after swallowing her
food.  "You plan on ssstaying herrre forrr a while?"

The human woman nodded.  "That seems to be what the assignment means.  It will be nice to be so close to home for a while.  Is your assignment here temporary?" she asked with interest.  The two women had not known each other long, but Daphne had quickly come to consider the woman a friend.
