The human woman nodded.  "That seems to be what the assignment means.  It will be nice to be so close to home for a while.  Is your assignment here temporary?" she asked with interest.  The two women had not known each other long, but Daphne had quickly come to consider the woman a friend.

"That all dependsss on the prrrissonerrss," said the Caitian, not wanting to use any other terminology in a public setting.  "I am parrrt of the ssspecial forrrcess sssent frrrom Cait to worrrk thisss detail with Ssstarrrfleet and the Klingonsss.  Wherrre they go, I go.  If they ssstay herrre, so will I.  If they go, well, I'll go too.  It'sss nice to be away frrrom the 'trrroublesss.'"  By that she meant the front, the battlezone that area had become.  "I honessstly hope I can ssstay herrre a while."  She too thoght of Daphne as a friend, though they had met only that day.

Daphne shook her head, understanding how it must be nice to be off the front lines in a war that was receiving very little coverage in hte media.  She took another bite of her dinner and realized that she was almost finished with it.

"What time would you like to meet tomorrow morning to move on to the next stage of our investigation?"

(Tr'Lawsh?)
