"Rrright now, I want you to focus on the felinids.  Get as farrr as you can with them, but don't waste time if it doesn't seem like you'rrre going to get anywherrre.  Otherrrwise, keep up the good worrrk, Commanderrr.  Unless you have something morrre, that will be all."

"Thank you.  I think that is all there is to report for now, sir." replied the Commander.  She waited to be dismissed before gathering her things and heading out to her appointment with Captain Tr'Lawsh.

"Watch those claws, Commanderrr," she said as Daphne left.

It did not take Daphne long to make her appointment. She arrived where the felinids were being held.

Tr'Lawsh was looking over a Klingon's shoulder, correcting a transcript of recorded conversation.  She looked up as she heard the door.  "Good morrrning, Commanderrr," she said with a pleasant, warm smile.  "We'rrre finally ssstarrrting to get a good handle on theirrr language.  Did you sleep well?"  The Klingon glanced up at Daphne, gave an _expression_ that could have been a sneer or a smile, and went back to scanning the screen.
