In his mind's eye, though, he saw himself accepting the Pulitzer for photojournalism. Let his colleagues call him "The Roach" then!!
As the Roach was deep in thought the trio of security officers approached. They were following the tricorder readings, and their phasers were drawn. Lt. Phillips was a smart one, and approached with a plan. He and one approached from one the direction of the house, while the other went around to prevent an escape.
The sound of leaves russeling snapped the Roach out of his brief thoughts on the Pulitzer. Then he heard the voice of Lt. Phillips saying, "It's coming from over there."
He guessed that sooner or later, he would be caught. So, he kept recording. The story was worth it.
**** At the wedding ****
Major Turner looked for Kalina, their host....
Kalina was standing near Carrhae as the matron-of-honor. However, she had noticed the security activity nearby. She looked at Turner with a troubled question in her expression, 'Is something wrong?'
