After a long flight from Spacedock to Rear Admiral Van Der Loo's headquarters
the party of three arrived without incident. While there was not an incident,
per se, there was a minor delay. Station Operations kept them in a holding
pattern for a few minutes. Obvously, a stalling tactic to give Van Der Loo
time to get ready. When they finally docked they found a proper welcoming
party waiting for them. Van Der Loo was waiting for them along with a few of
his officers, and it appeared as if Van Der Loo was barely containing his
annoyance with the surprise arrival.

"Welcome to Starbase 54. Your arrival is quite a surprise....", Van Der Loo
said to the group.
