After a long flight from Spacedock to Rear Admiral Van Der Loo's
headquarters the party of three arrived without incident. While there was
not an incident, per se, there was a minor delay. Station Operations kept
them in a holding pattern for a few minutes. Obvously, a stalling tactic to
give Van Der Loo time to get ready. When they finally docked they found a
proper welcoming party waiting for them. Van Der Loo was waiting for them
along with a few of his officers, and it appeared as if Van Der Loo was
barely containing his annoyance with the surprise arrival.
Joanna could easily sense Van Der Loo's annoyance, but said little.
Considering the way he was carrying himself, she did not think that the
Admiral or David needed her assistance to figure that out.

"Welcome to Starbase 54. Your arrival is quite a surprise....", Van Der Loo
said to the group.
