I would say that as the user has to install Oracle XE separately before 
installing Spacewalk, they probably aren't expecting Spacewalk to then manage 
starting and stopping it, particularly as Oracle XE also has it's own init.d 
entry to handle starting and stopping.

But you still can have multiple schemas in it, used by various
applications on your machine. So it's not that different from the
PostgreSQL case.
