Are you aware that Oracle ships Spacewalk for Oracle Linux 6, which doesn't 
require any 3rd-party repositories?

Having said that, can you provide the output from "yum repolist"? I'm guessing 
you don't have any Oracle Linux 5 repositories configured, so it can't pull any 
base (i.e. distro) packages. You might want to configure public-yum.oracle.com 
<http://public-yum.oracle.com/> access for that server.
