We are having issues getting OEL6 to authenticate with AD so I have been
sticking with OEL5 loads for now.

Here is my repolist, I have a local yum server set up.

Are you aware that Oracle ships Spacewalk for Oracle Linux 6, which doesn't
require any 3rd-party repositories?

Release notes: http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E37670_01/E58680/html/index.html

Having said that, can you provide the output from "yum repolist"? I'm guessing
you don't have any Oracle Linux 5 repositories configured, so it can't pull any
base (i.e. distro) packages. You might want to configure
public-yum.oracle.com<http://public-yum.oracle.com> access for that server.

Cheers,
Avi
