Ok, man this is trying.......so I created a new VM with OEL6, installed the 
repos, had horrible troubles getting epel repo to work.  Ended up being an 
issue with nss........yum update nss and epel works now.  Going well......not 
so fast.  Now I cannot install spacewalk-postgresql

 You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem
 You could try running: rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest

Do you have an open SR for this? OL6's support of AD is much better than OL5, 
so this surprises me. Feel free to send me the SR# via direct email so I can 
review.

I don't see the EPEL or JPackage repos listed here, so you'd need to ensure 
those are configured and working before Spacewalk will install.
