Yes, due to the incompatibility between the ULN and Spacewalk RPMs, we only 
publish Spacewalk via public-yum.oracle.com so that servers are not registered 
with ULN. 

This has been fixed in recent versions, so from OL7.1 you can register with 
either ULN *or* Spacewalk. Once all of our releases have this capability, we'll 
look at publishing Spacewalk via both ULN and public-yum.
