I've been seeing "sexual:explicit" as well. So maybe:-
header SUBJ_CANSPAM_SE  Subject =~ /sexual.{0,4}explic[ie]t/i
would get most of them. (used 4 to trap extra white space)
Of course until they start using "s3xua11y-exp1icit" et al!!
