Agreed. The law specifies "SEXUALLY-EXPLICIT: " as the required first 19
characters of the subject, plus in the initially viewed screen in the content.
Fog of war. I'm seeing online news regarding the law showing it with and without
the hyphen or colon and space at the end. I'm also seeing spam with no hyphen
and no space after the colon at the end.

I guess it gets down to what do we reasonably think we are going to /have to/be
able to/ block - at least until the dust settles on this one? Certainly we will
be able to block on the required phrase, but I expect we will see close variants
for a while too. Saw some of that yesterday. None today yet, but it is early.
