Yes.  Don't use SPEWS ;)

The SPEWS listing in question is a /24 (if I recall correctly) matching
the entire colo.  The ASF mailserver is therefore only one of the
non-spam-sending hosts it covers.  This is clearly quite over-broad, but
fits in with SPEWS' tactic of deliberate collateral damage.
