There already is a law prohibiting "junk fax", all that is really needed here is to 
amend that law to include junk e-mail.  The DMA would like to outlaw specificly FRAUD 
so as to pave the way for "legit" email advertisers to use "junk e-mail" to advertise 
all they want with the blessing of the legislature.
Please do read the entire bill and note that it does pave the way for "legit" e-mail 
marketers, and that is NOT acceptable,  WE THE PEOPLE need to impress upon the 
representitives that spam is unacceptable.
