        Other folks have listed good spam-specific sites, but there's
        also the Internet Mail Consortium, which has been keeping
        statistics of open relays since the problem first appeared;
        some of the interesting numbers are:

                Jan 98  55% of servers tested would relay
                Jul 98  36%
                Jul 99  17%
                Jan 01   6%
