*******NOTE: Possibly offensive content follows. I have censored the one

In trying to track down a target to go after for some porno SPAM I've been
receiving, I noticed two curious things. These two porno spammers:
membersinfodirectory.com, and t*tbusters.com, are both registered througn
opensrs and TUCOWS. I'm not quite sure of the relationship between TUCOWS
and opensrs, but they are hooked together.
In July I complained to TUCOWS about porno spam from
membersinfodirectory.com and was told that the domain was the responsibilty
of opensrs (www.opensrs.org). TUCOWS policy expressly prohibits SPAM.
Opensrs has no policy against it. The correspondence between opensrs and me
was a dead end, as it would seem that opensrs resells TUCOWs domains (or
the other way around), and while they are associated companies, their
policies are exclusive.
What is being faced here is that both domains are sending out highly
offensive emails, with subjects including bestiality and rape, and
t*tbusters is forging a sympatico.ca return path in the emails. In spite of
all of this no one seems willing to act against them -- even though the
usage of the domain is in fact a violation of the registrar's TOS. BTW --
emails to sympatico about the forged headers have gone unanswered too!
Here is the whois info for the one:
Domain Name: T*TBUSTERS.COM
Registrar: TUCOWS, INC.
Whois Server: whois.opensrs.net
Referral URL: http://www.opensrs.org
Name Server: NS1.EASYDNS.COM
Name Server: NS2.EASYDNS.COM
Name Server: REMOTE1.EASYDNS.COM
Name Server: REMOTE2.EASYDNS.COM
Updated Date: 06-may-2002
It has a physical addres of:
15 Yonge
Toronto, Ontario T6Y 2D1
CA
Look what we find for the other:
Domain Name: MEMBERSINFODIRECTORY.COM
Registrar: TUCOWS, INC.
Whois Server: whois.opensrs.net
Referral URL: http://www.opensrs.org
Name Server: NS2.DN.NET
Name Server: NS1.DN.NET
Updated Date: 03-may-2002
Physical address:
Grateful Marketing, Inc
5262 NW 92nd Lane
Coral Springs, FL 33067
US
So the question here is: What is TUCOWS role in all this?
